Description
Origin: Burgundy lies at the very heart of France. Located two hours to the southeast of Paris, the wine area starts in Chablis in the north of the region and southerly to Lyon.
Intense garnet-red. Very aromatic wine with blackcurrants and other red fruit notes. Rich and tannic wine associating fleshy and lively characters.
Recommendations: Serve with warm pork meat, duck or mutton daube, and fine cheeses.
